Built for smaller Irish contractors
Construxt brings your site diary, purchase orders, variations and project records together in one place. Help your office and site teams stay organised, reduce repeated paperwork and see what’s happening on each job, with the modules each person needs.
The platform
Spreadsheets have their place. Chasing the latest version shouldn’t be a job.
When purchase orders, site notes and variations live in separate files, keeping everyone up to date takes work. Construxt brings those records together around the project.

Our focus is practical: less time chasing spreadsheets, documents and emails, and a clearer view of each job. A focused set of modules keeps the software relevant to the people using it.
Based in Waterford and built around Irish construction, Construxt offers a 30-day trial with a setup agreed for your business. Module activation and package changes are managed directly by Construxt.
30-day trial
See how a focused setup could work for your business before agreeing what comes next.
Trial start date, any trial charge, support and end-of-trial arrangements are confirmed before access begins. Contacting us does not start a subscription.
ContactBefore you get started
Yes. The focus is small and medium contractors who want to connect site records, procurement and commercial information, particularly where the team currently relies on separate spreadsheets, documents and email.
Construxt agrees the setup with you and activates the modules for each person. Your company administrator cannot activate extra modules. Contact Construxt for additions or removals; any change to the package or price is agreed beforehand.
Construxt is aimed at smaller contractors who need a practical, focused system. We discuss the users and modules you need and agree pricing before you commit, rather than assuming you need every feature. Contact Construxt for a package matched to your team.
The screenshot above shows site orders being raised with approval controls. Orders above the configured limit are held for QS approval; the example shown uses €500 excluding VAT.
Tell us which laptops, tablets or phones your team uses. We’ll confirm the relevant workflows on your devices before agreeing your trial.
Tell us which tasks your team finds difficult and what they use now. We can focus the trial on those workflows and agree the support available before you start.
Once Construxt has arranged your account and trial access, use Contractor login at the top of this page to open the software. Your modules are configured by Construxt.
Tell us which reports, documents and records you need to take away. We’ll demonstrate the relevant export and printing options and agree your end-of-pilot requirements before you start.
Any trial charge, support and arrangements for access and records at the end of the 30 days are confirmed with Construxt before you start. Ongoing pricing is agreed separately. Sending an enquiry does not create a subscription or commit you to a purchase.

Website enquiries
Notice version: 6 September 2026
This notice explains how Construxt handles information submitted through this website. Construxt is the service’s trading name, based in Waterford, Ireland. You can send a privacy request through the same form, or email info@construxt.ie.
We collect your name, company, email address, message, acknowledgement and submission time. We use these to respond to your enquiry and discuss the trial or service you request. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing, sell your details or make automated decisions about you.
Enquiries are stored in a private inbox accessible only to authorised Construxt personnel. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage; these providers process data to deliver and protect the service. This notice does not promise Ireland-only storage. We keep enquiry information while handling your request and relevant follow-up, then review it for deletion when it is no longer needed. If you become a customer, any continuing use and retention requirements will be covered in your service arrangements.
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where the legal conditions are met. Use the contact form to make a request and provide enough detail for Construxt to locate the enquiry. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need them to respond.
This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site. The site displays the software screenshot without connecting to your project records.
Website and service framework
Terms version: 6 September 2026
Website and enquiry terms, with a framework for 30-day business trials and software services. Commercial access requires the separate agreement described below.
These terms cover this website and enquiries to Construxt, a construction software trading name based in Waterford, Ireland. The service is intended for business use by contractors. Provide accurate details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential client records through the enquiry form. Contact us at info@construxt.ie or through the form.
Submitting an enquiry accepts these website and enquiry terms only. It does not order software or create a subscription. Before access begins, a written agreement must identify the legal service provider and business address, agreed users and modules, charges, support and data arrangements. Screenshots and discussions do not constitute acceptance of an order.
The trial runs from the start date agreed in writing. Any trial charge, enabled modules, support, end date and arrangements for retrieving records and ending access are confirmed before it begins. The trial is not described as free unless expressly agreed. The enquiry form does not authorise automatic billing. Continuing with a paid service requires a separate agreement.
Construxt controls module activation for each user. Customer administrators cannot activate additional modules. Additions or removals must be requested through Construxt; any package or price change is agreed before it takes effect. The service agreement specifies pricing, VAT treatment, payment dates, renewal and cancellation arrangements.
Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Do not access other customers’ records, bypass module restrictions, upload malicious content, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Suspension and termination provisions, including treatment of customer records, must be defined in the service agreement.
Your business retains ownership of its project records. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and your authority to upload information. Review calculations, documents, contractual notices and deadlines before relying on them. The software supports administration; it does not replace professional judgement, safety responsibilities or statutory duties.
The Privacy & GDPR notice covers website enquiries. Before uploading project personal data for processing on your instructions, appropriate data-processing terms must be agreed, covering responsibilities, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, international transfers and return or deletion. The enquiry checkbox is not a data-processing agreement or a waiver of privacy rights.
The written agreement defines support channels, hours, maintenance, backups and any service levels. This website does not promise uninterrupted access, a specific response time or compatibility with every device. Material changes to an agreed service follow that agreement; changes to these website terms do not retrospectively alter existing contracts.
Software and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. A software licence covers only the users, modules and purposes agreed for your business. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale. Your rights in your own records are unaffected.
Contact Construxt with details of a problem so it can be investigated. Cancellation notice, refunds where applicable, export arrangements, data retention and responsibility for losses must be specified in the service agreement. These website terms do not create a blanket liability exclusion or waive statutory rights. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Irish law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.
